Congrats to Tyree Cowell who will be presenting her Honors Thesis work at two upcoming venues!
- March 24th at the Weinberg Cognitive Science Colloquium hosted at the University of Michigan Ann Arbor
- April 7th at the Midwest Undergraduate Cognitive Science Conference (MUCSC) at the University of Indiana Bloomington
The core idea she is pursuing is whether the parser actions that are taken by Google’s top-performing (and publicly available!) dependency parser (“Parsey McParseface might be useful as approximations for parsing actions taken by human comprehenders, as indexed by EEG.
